Clients agree to provide timely access to domain registrar credentials, content assets, and required business information necessary for project completion.
Upon final payment receipt, clients retain ownership of custom web design source code and content created for their project.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
